Ham and cheese crescent rolls on a plate.

Ham and Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ham and cheese crescent rolls are wonderfully easy to make. You simply pop open a can of crescent dough and add ham and cheese. That’s it! You can make them all year for lunch or brunch---and they’re even great for Easter gatherings.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 16 minutes
Servings 8 rolls

  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 slices cooked ham, thin slice recommended
  • about ½ cup shredded cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 piece of ham on each triangle. Fold the ham so it doesn’t hang over the dough too much. Sprinkle cheese on top of the ham, about two teaspoons.
  3. Roll up each crescent, starting at the widest end and ending at the tip. Press the tip lightly into the dough. Place the crescents onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle a little extra shredded cheese over each crescent.
  4. Bake until golden brown, about 16 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
