Turkey Poutine

Use leftover turkey and gravy to make a quick poutine. Ingredient amounts listed below are suggestions. Adjust based on your preferences for more or less gravy and how many people you're serving.

  • ¾ cup leftover turkey gravy
  • ½ cup leftover roasted turkey, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 servings frozen French fries
  • 2 tablespoons cheese curds


  1. Combine leftover gravy and chopped turkey in a small saucepan. Heat over low while you prepare the French fries.
  2. Cook French fries according to package directions.
  3. Place French fries in a bowl. Top with cheese curds. Spoon hot gravy and turkey over fries. Enjoy
  4. Poutine is best enjoyed as soon as it’s made. Leftovers get soggy.
