This holiday version of tres leches cake uses a spice cake mix. You get the wonderful texture of a tres leches cake with the flavors of the season!
Prepare cake mix according to directions and bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
Allow cake to cool in the pan, about one hour.
Poke cake all over with a fork. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over cake. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Frost cake whipped cream and sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top. Store cake in the refrigerator for up to four days.
