Air fried roast garlic is creamy and spreadable. It’s not as sharp as raw garlic but still has a wonderful garlic flavor.
You can roast as many head of garlic as you’d like. Just be sure there’s a little room around each foil bundle.
Remove any loose pieces of garlic skin from the garlic head(s). Don’t separate the cloves. Use a serrated knife and cut about ¼-inch off the top of the head(s) of garlic. Expose each clove of garlic.
Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each head of garlic. Sprinkle with kosher salt, about ¼-teaspoon. Wrap each head tightly in foil.
Set air fryer to 350° F. Preheat for about three minutes. Place the wrapped heads of garlic in the fryer basket. Be sure to leave a little space around each foil bundle. Cook until soft and brown, about 30 minutes.
