Easy Garlic Mayonnaise

This garlic mayonnaise is made in 5 minutes with only 3 ingredients. It’s the perfect topping for sandwiches, fries, salads, and more!
Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste to taste

Instructions

  1. Place mayonnaise into a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Add the minced garlic and stir to combine. Add the lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Add more lemon juice as needed. Consistency should be thick enough to coat a spoon but thinner than regular mayonnaise.
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Taste. Adjust ingredients (add more garlic and lemon juice as needed.) Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.S
