Easy Garlic Butter Biscuit Bites

Garlic Butter Biscuit Bites are so easy to make. Start with biscuit dough, either from a can or homemade, and coat in a garlic butter. Bake until brown and enjoy! If you're using homemade dough, make sure to use a roll and cut recipe. Drop biscuit dough is too soft and won't work in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounces) can buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Place biscuit pieces into a large bowl.
  3. Stir together melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and red pepper flakes. Pour butter mixture over the biscuit pieces. Stir until each biscuit piece is coated with garlic butter.
  4. Place biscuit pieces on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake until brown, about 18 minutes. Serve warm.
