Garlic Butter Biscuit Bites are so easy to make. Start with biscuit dough, either from a can or homemade, and coat in a garlic butter. Bake until brown and enjoy!

    What You’ll Need.

Biscuit Dough. Use either canned biscuit dough or homemade. If you’re using homemade dough, make sure to use a roll and cut recipe. Drop biscuit dough is too soft and won’t work in this recipe.

Garlic. Freshly minced garlic cloves give the strongest garlic flavor. However, a tablespoon of jared minced garlic or one teaspoon of garlic powder also work.

Dried Parsley. A little dried parsley adds a nice herb flavor. If you prefer basil, either replace half the parsley with basil or use half parsley and half basil.

Red Pepper Flakes. For a little heat, add dried red pepper flakes.

How to Make Garlic Butter Biscuit Bites.

Preheat the Oven. Biscuits, whether you use canned dough or homemade, bake best in a hot oven. Preheat your oven to 400℉ before you start.

Cut the Biscuits. I like to cut each biscuits into four pieces. If you’d like smaller bites, cut the biscuits into six or eight pieces.

Make the Garlic Butter. Melt a half stick of butter and add the garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. That’s it. The garlic remains raw. This means the flavor is strong. If you prefer a mild garlic flavor, cook the garlic butter until the garlic is lightly brown.

Coat the Biscuits. Let the garlic butter cool for a minute. Pour it over the biscuits and stir. If the biscuit dough is cold, the butter might get thick.

Add Cheese. Place the biscuit pieces onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle each piece with a little (or a lot!) of parmesan cheese.

Bake until Brown. These biscuit bites take about 18 minutes to bake.
