Cottage Cheese Dip

This blended cottage cheese dip recipe tastes like a thicker, creamier version of ranch dip. To make it, blend cottage cheese and sour cream with herbs until smooth. Enjoy with chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese 4% fat
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add salt and additional black pepper to taste.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to four days.

Recipe Notes

For the best flavor, use full fat (4%) cottage cheese.
