These Easter crispy treats are made with marshmallow chicks. This is a small batch recipe. If you want more treats, double the recipe and press the mixture into an 8x8-inch pan.

Ingredients
2tablespoonsbutter(1 ounce; 28 grams)
6ounces (20 pieces) marshmallow chicks or rabbits
3cupscrispy rice cereal(3 ounces; 85 grams)
Instructions
Prepare your pan. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. (I also line it with parchment. That’s optional but makes it easy to remove)
In a medium pot, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the marshmallow chicks. Stir until marshmallows are almost melted. Keep the heat low.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until coated.
Gently press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Allow the bars to set for an hour or so and then cut into bars.
Cover any leftovers and store at room temperature.
