If you’re looking to make something simple that everyone will love, cookie cups are the way to go! They combine two treats: a cookie and a piece of candy. What makes them extra special is the texture. Baked in a mini muffin pan, the cups come out dense and rich, with every bite filled with something good!

And if you’re wondering if we’ve made cookie cups before, the answer is yes! So if you want to make an entire cookie box filled with these, you can!

Two Ingredients are All You Need

Ingredients for snickers cookie cups on the counter. A package of chocolate chip cookie dough and unwrapped Snickers mini candy bars. A mini muffin pan sits off to the side.
    • Chocolate chip cookie dough. I like to use pre-made dough. Look for the packages that make 24 cookies. If you prefer to make your own, use about a tablespoon of dough per cup.
    • Snickers® mini candy bars. If you can’t find these, cut a fun size Snickers® into 2 or 3 small pieces.

How to Make These Easy Cookie Cups

    1. Chocolate chip cookie dough in a muffin pan. 2. Baked chocolate chip cookies in a muffin pan.
    1. Place chocolate chip cookie dough into a well greased mini muffin pan.
    2. Bake until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.

    1. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press the unwrapped Snickers® mini bar into each cookie.
    2. Let the cookies cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before you remove them

    Tips and Tricks

    • Grease the mini muffin pan even if it’s a nonstick pan. These cookies will stick to ungreased pans-even if it’s nonstick.
    • Unwrap the candy before baking the cookies. You need to press the candy into the hot cookies. Having them unwrapped is key.
    • For extra peanuts, sprinkle some chopped peanuts onto the top of warm chocolate.

    Total Time 17 minutes
    Servings 24 cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 (24 count) package chocolate chip cookie dough
    • 24 Snickers® mini candy bars, unwrapped

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin pan generously with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Place one cookie dough piece (or about 1 tablespoon chocolate chip cookie dough) into each mini muffin cavity.
    3. Bake until cookies are golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.
    4. As soon as you remove the pan from the oven, carefully press a Snickers® mini into the cookie.
