If you love a sweet and salty dessert, these peanut butter cup and pretzel cookie bites are for you!
Cookie bites are one of my favorite things to make. You simply pop chocolate chip cookie dough, either homemade or store bought, into a greased mini-muffin pan. Then you bake the cookies and top them with something delicious. In this case, a peanut butter cup and mini-pretzel.
Tips for Making Perfect Cookie Bites
- Grease the mini-muffin pan. These love to stick. So it’s important to grease your pan really well.
- Remember to unwrap your peanut butter cups! A few folks have forgotten this important step.
- Press the peanut butter cup and pretzel in after baking. As soon as you remove the pan from the oven, press the peanut butter cup into the hot cookie. After filling all the cookies, top with the pretzels.
